Company Documents Certified by a Secretary of State.
This includes all business documents such as: Power of Attorney, Assignment, Agency agreement, Affidavit, CO, CI and notarized true copy of International Standards Organization (ISO) certificate. All documents must be certified from the local Secretary of State Office in the same State that issued the document before you send us your package.

Commercial Export Documents ( Invoice - Certificate of Origin ).
This includes only Certificate of Origin and Commercial Invoice. Both certificates must be signed by a company officer, notarized by local notary public and certified by local Secretary of State office in the same State where the notary is licensed.

To begin the process, identify the type of documents you have and follow the specific requirements for each category. Once your documents meet the necessary criteria, prepare a package that includes the following:
- Documents intended for use in Egypt, prepared according to all applicable requirements.
- Service Request Form with your contact information and clearly stating Egypt as the destination country.
- Check or Money Order covering the total fees for all requested services, made payable to “US Arab Chamber of Commerce”.
- Prepaid Return Envelope with a tracking number (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS).
